Publicis Groupe builds PLUS+ and wins £460m PepsiCo Media in China

Pepsico China appointed Publicis Groupe to deal with media planning and shopping for throughout its largest food and drinks manufacturers on the mainland: Pepsi, Mirinda, 7Up, Gatorade, Bubly, Lay’s, Quaker, Doritos and Cheetos. WPP’s Mindshare was the incumbent.

Publicis Groupe once more used its “energy of 1” format to win the £460m enterprise, with a brand new devoted entity known as PLUS+ led by Zenith. The title, apparently, is impressed by PepsiCo’s “sooner, stronger, higher” aspirations.

In a nod to sustaining French values, Publicis describes PLUS+ as a “purpose-driven working mannequin” which is “people-first, with optimistic shared values underpinning a contemporary manner of working.”
