Emerson Pires, Flavio Goncalves and Joshua David Nicholas, have every been indicted on EmpiresX fraud prices.

Pires and Goncalves co-founded the EmpiresX Ponzi scheme. Joshua Nicholas labored with them to create the phantasm of buying and selling.
