Google appears to be testing a specialised native pack that appears extra just like the native service adverts. Possibly this can be a bug as a result of the adverts aren’t labeled or perhaps Google is testing free native service listings? The native pack design seems extra like native service adverts and offers you the choice to refine the question and placement.
